By participating in auctions hosted on this website, you agree to these terms of sale. Items are sold via competitive bidding. All sales are final once the auction closes and the winning bidder is identified.

Payment Deadline: Payments must be made in full within 24 hours after the auction ends. Failure to pay within the specified timeframe may result in penalties or cancellation of account.
Processing Fees: Certain payment methods may be subject to additional processing fees, which will be disclosed before checkout.
Buyer's Responsbilities
Due Diligence: Buyers are responsible for thoroughly reviewing item descriptions, photos, and any provided documentation before bidding. All items are final sale (no returns/refunds), sold "as is" and without warranties.
Compliance: Buyers must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws when purchasing items.
Payment Obligation: By placing a bid, buyers agree to pay the final hammer price plus the internet premium fee and applicable taxes within 24 hours after the auction finalizes.
Shipping and Collection: Buyers are responsible for arranging shipping or collection of purchased items within 8 business days. Failure to do so may result in storage fees ($50/day) or forfeiture of the item.
Account Information: The information in your account profile at the time of registration will be used for all invoices, tax statuses, titles, and related documentation. No changes can be made once a purchase is completed. Please review and verify your account profile prior to bidding to ensure it is acccurate and up-to-date.
Fees and Taxes
Internet Premium Fee: An internet premium fee of 15% will be added to the winning bid amount.
Taxes: Buyers are responsible for paying any applicable sales, use, or other taxes based on their jurisdiction.
Deposit Requirement: A $100.00 USD deposit hold is required to be approved to bid, which will be refunded in 10 business days after the auction finalizes.
Non-Payment and Default
Consequences of Non-Payment: If a buyer fails to make payment within the specified timeframe, the website reserves the right to:

Cancel the sale and relist the item

Ban the buyer from future auctions

Pursue legal action to recover unpaid amounts, including collection costs and attorney fees
Deposit Refund: If failing to complete a purchase, the $100 deposit will not be refunded.
Prohibited Activities
Buyers are prohibited from:

Placing faudulent bids or engaging in bid manipulation

Reselling purchased items without completing payment

Violating any terms of sale displayed in the website
Governing Law
These terms of sale are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Utah County, Utah.
Amendments
The website may update these terms of sale periodically. Buyers will be notified of significant changes, and continued participation in auctions constitues acceptance of the updated terms.
